My order was exactly what I expected, and everything were fine when it showed up. No real issues at all

Ordering wasn’t the smoothest tbh. The checkout part confused me a bit, the pages were loading slow, and then the confirmation email took a while to show up. Got it done eventually, but yeah, kinda annoying

They got back to me quickly and helped sort out the issue with my order

I was actually excited to get this set up, but wow, the instructions threw me off. At first I thought I was just missing something obvious, then I got frustrated because I couldn’t get it installed right no matter what I tried. Kind of disappointing, because I was hoping it would be a quick and easy setup.

I’m glad this is made in the USA. Can’t really overthink it, it just feels better knowing where it came from, and my gut says it was a solid choice

Overall, I’m happy with it. The craftsmanship feels solid, and the cuts and finish look really nice. There was one small edge that felt a little rough, which was kind of ridiculous considering how good the rest of it is. Still, it’s a nice piece and I’m satisfied with it.

Installation was easy, and the latch feels sturdy to me. I’ve been opening it every day for about a month now and haven’t had any jams or issues. I’m taking off one star because I did have to make a tiny alignment tweak, but that wasn’t a big deal and I wouldn’t call it a real problem

Well... I was hoping for more ways to customize things, but there just weren’t many options to choose from.

I liked the idea of this, but the concealment part was just okay for me. I set it up in my room and even my brother noticed it quickly, so it didn’t hide as well as I expected. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t really say it blends in that great.

The lock on my concealment shelf has been working well so far. It took me a couple tries to get the hang of it, but now it opens smoothly and stays closed nice and tight. Compared to a few other similar shelves I looked at, this one feels a bit more secure once you figure it out. My only complaint is that the instructions could’ve been clearer, but overall I’m happy with it.

The item itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it. But trying to return it turned into such a hassle for something that should’ve been simple. Replies took longer than expected, and then the refund dragged on too. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I’d only order again if I was absolutely sure I wasn’t going to need to send anything back...

My order showed up packed really well, like, definitely no worries there. Nothing was scratched, bent, or damaged, and the box itself felt sturdy. The item was wrapped up nicely inside too, so that part was solid.

The only thing is... there was more packing material than I expected. It made opening everything a little messy and kind of bulky to deal with. Still, I’m happy overall and would give it 4 stars

The site just feels kind of old and cluttered to me. The colors don’t really work together, the spacing feels off, and it wasn’t exactly fun to browse around. I also ended up getting transferred when I tried to ask about something, which was annoying and just added to the overall frustration. Not really my style at all.

I was expecting something a bit sturdier, but the wood feels lightweight and kind of cheap. The finish also started scratching way too easily, which makes me wonder if the quality control wasn’t exactly a priority here. It’s usable, but definitely not as solid as I hoped.

I was really hoping this would work out, but the fit was just not right on me. This is where it got annoying, the sizing felt way off from what I expected, so I couldn’t really wear it comfortably

Not saying it’s a scam, but I really didn’t get many updates unless I kept reaching out first. It was frustrating having to chase for basic info instead of being kept in the loop

It got here fast, which was nice. Something about it just made the whole order feel easy and hassle-free.

I figured it was worth spending a little extra because it looked nice in the photos, but i don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. It looks okay in person, so I’m not saying it’s terrible, but the quality feels cheaper than I expected. Even with the shipping, I just can’t justify the price.

I ordered from libertyhomeconcealment.com because the whole hidden storage idea seemed clever. The website was simple enough to get through, and checkout felt normal, so no issues there.
That said, my gut feeling was that the security side could’ve been explained better. I wanted clearer info on the locks, the materials, and how well the product would actually hold up if someone tried to mess with it. Some of the details felt a little too vague for something that’s supposed to protect valuables.
The product itself is okay and not a total disappointment, but I just didn’t feel as confident about it as I hoped I would. It’s a good idea, but for me, the security reassurance wasn’t quite there. I’d give it 3 stars.
